Starkville Bridges Community Training

For the day-long Community Training event, Jodi Pfarr, not-for-profit executive and presenter of Bridges Out of Poverty workshops, led the participants through a general overview of what the Getting Ahead class co-investigators go over in their classes. This event brought together middle-class individuals from around the community to investigate the truths about poverty and to learn a shared language for which to work with impoverished communities.
